The standard packaging process workflow covers taking the bag, picking up and coding, opening top and bottom, cutting, heat seal 1, and heat sealing 2 with finished product discharge. Cylinder positions can be dynamically increased or decreased depending on different product items and operational requirements.
Advanced horizontal feeder ensures stable and continuous pre-formed pouch feeding into the rotary stations.
Packaging process workflow allows adding or reducing cylinder positions according to specific product requirements.
Equipped with Heat Seal 1 and Heat Seal 2 stages plus top/bottom opening to guarantee hermetic pouch closure.
Accommodates package sizes from 80-160mm up to W140-260mm / L110-350mm.
