The CDH-200-10L Facial Tissue Machine is a professional folding and converting unit. Jumbo rolls slit to desired width are cut by slitting cylinders and interfolded into inter-overlapped rectangular facial tissue sheets. This machine adopts an independent servo motor drive and automatic marking functions, featuring high-speed, nice folding, and easy operation.
Equipped with steel-to-rubber embossing rolls that are pneumatically separated, it provides adjustable production precision and high-performance throughput. The machine is further optimized for stability with a roots-type vacuum pump, edge embossing to keep plies together, and web-break auto-stop protection.
