Most irrigation projects that go badly do not fail on component quality. They fail because the pump was sized for today's plot instead of the plot in three years, or the filter was chosen without anyone asking whether the water comes from a borehole or a river, or the controller arrived on the wrong voltage.

Drip tape has a lower upfront cost and is usually replaced after a season or two. Pressure-compensating emitters cost more initially, last considerably longer, and deliver more uniform water where land is sloped. If your plot has meaningful elevation change, PC emitters are generally the better choice.
Almost always. Emitters clog, and what clogs them depends on your water source. Borehole water and river intake need different filter setups, so tell us your source and we will specify accordingly.
Pumps and controllers are configured to your local grid. Confirm your voltage and frequency when you enquire — mismatched equipment is one of the most common and most avoidable problems in imported irrigation systems.
