The ZBMASK01A Sheet Roll Cut, Fold & Fill Machine is utilized for sheet cutting, folding (supporting both 3-fold and 4-fold configurations), filling, exhausting, coding, and finished product output of facial masks.
It cuts non-woven roll material (including plastic pearlescent sheet roll material) and automatically rolls and slices facial mask face shapes. A positioning roll cutting system can be added to cut face shapes and contours with patterns for customized branding. The cutter uses imported steel from Germany for superior durability, and the filling system features a high-precision magnetic pump.
