Facial Tissue Making Machine: Features That Boost Factory Efficiency

In the competitive facial tissue market, softness and packaging quality distinguish premium brands from the rest. However, for the factory owner, the priority is efficiency. The latest facial tissue making machines are equipped with features designed to maximize throughput while maintaining product integrity.

Vacuum Folding Technology Traditional mechanical folding often results in jams or uneven stacks. Modern machines utilize vacuum absorption folding technology. This ensures that every tissue is folded precisely and interfolded perfectly, allowing for the smooth “pop-up” action that consumers expect from box tissues.

Automatic Tension Control Paper tension varies as the jumbo roll unwinds. Advanced machines feature automatic tension control systems that adjust real-time. This prevents paper breakage, which is the leading cause of machine stoppages and production delays.

High-Speed Log Saw Cutting For box tissues, a clean cut is essential. Integrated log saw cutters provide a smooth, lint-free edge that manual cutters cannot achieve. This professional finish is crucial for products aiming for the retail shelf.
