Spunlace Non-woven Fabric
The primary substrate for wet wipes. Soft, strong and highly absorbent. Available in various weights (40–80 gsm), widths and surface textures — smooth, embossed or cross-pattern.
Dry Tissue Base Paper
Used for dry-to-wet wipes. High wet strength, uniform texture. Suitable for single-pull production lines. Available in jumbo rolls, custom width and weight.
Biodegradable / Flushable Fabric
Eco-friendly spunlace made from natural fibres — viscose, cotton or bamboo. Certified flushable grades available. Increasingly demanded by EU and US markets.
Spunbond Non-woven Fabric
PP or PET spunbond for heavy-duty industrial and surface-cleaning wipes. Higher tensile strength than spunlace. Cost-effective for large-volume production.

Purified Water (RO Water)
Reverse osmosis purified water forms 95–99% of wet wipe lotion. We can supply RO water treatment systems or connect you with local water suppliers near your factory.
Preservatives & Biocides
Food-grade and cosmetic-grade preservatives to prevent microbial growth. Common options: Phenoxyethanol, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylisothiazolinone (MIT), Benzalkonium Chloride (BKC).
Emollients & Moisturisers
Glycerine, aloe vera extract, propylene glycol and other skin-conditioning agents. Improve the feel and moisturising performance of baby, facial and personal care wipes.
Fragrances & pH Adjusters
Cosmetic-grade fragrances (baby fresh, lemon, floral, unscented). Citric acid and sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment to 4.5–7.0. IFRA-compliant options available.
Surfactants & Cleaning Agents
For household and industrial cleaning wipes. Cocamidopropyl Betaine, SLS/SLES alternatives, enzymatic cleaners. Formulations tailored to your target application.
